Ready to make decisions We operate with a flat structure, where our expert staff are empowered to make decisions – and we undertake to answer all enquiries immediately (in any event within a maximum of four days). At KMC, we have only two types of staff – customer service staff, and staff who service customer service staff. For KMC, people are just as important as the products. And by people we mean you and your staff, as well as our own employees. Our products can play an important role in how easily and how well you can do your job, as well as in the results your company can achieve – and the praise or criticism you get as a result.
