How we work
  At KMC, we don’t spend much time telling people how we work. The important thing is whether – and how – our way of working works for you and your company. But the way we work is basically the same as the way we think.

This comes from our unique background, working hand in hand with growers and getting practical problems solved. It’s the only way to improve the raw materials we need to make the special ingredients we sell to our customers.

Because those who grow the raw materials are so closely involved with us, we all know there are no short cuts or quick answers.

This is also why we keep the environmental impact of our activities to the minimum – because we know it makes sense. We’ve been in this business for more than 70 years, so we know from experience that since we will always have to deal with the consequences ourselves in the long run, we might as well try to get it right first time.
