| KMC is organised as an extremely
simple structure consisting solely of an Executive Committee on the one
hand and the respective department heads and their teams on the other. This provides us with an excellent platform for making decisions. All types of decision-making processes are carried out rapidly and efficiently, whether they involve reporting the final decision to colleagues, involving them in the process or seeking their approval. For KMC’s customers and business partners, this means it is easy to find the relevant decision-maker and get immediate answers. |
