KMC Moscow

The
personal story		   KMC Moscow was KMC’s first foreign sales office. It was opened in early 1997, because KMC recognised the importance of local representation in gaining a solid footing in this potentially very large market. This turned out to be the right decision, as KMC is today the leading starch supplier to the Russian food market.
KMC Moscow consists of the general manager, Sergey Pronin, and his team of sales and technical staff.

KMC UK Ltd.

The
personal story		   KMC’s “closer to the customer” philosophy was the reason for the decision to also open a sales office in the UK.KMC UK Ltd. opened its doors in spring 1999. Today, the office is well established with Mr. Mark Rafalat as general manager. The office also employs an internal sales manager, and KMC has its own warehouse in the UK in order to ensure reliable supplies to the British customers.

  China has been one of KMC’s biggest markets for many years, and the decision to open a sales office in China in 1998 was therefore a logical step. Shanghai is China’s commercial centre, and KMC therefore decided to locate its office here. personal story		   KMC Deutschland Ingredients GmbH is the most recent of KMC’s sales companies, set up in July 2001. Germany is Denmark’s neighbour to the south, and has always been a major market for KMC’s products. The company has a staff of three, with Rudolf Blum as managing director.

KMC Tapioca Starch Co. Ltd
  The most remote and most exotic of KMC’s sales offices is located a few hours’ drive north of Ho Chi Minh City in the Bin Phuoc Province of Vietnam.
When KMC decided to get involved in tapioca starch production in Vietnam, it acquired at the same time a well-functioning sales office that today also sells the entire range of KMC products to the Vietnamese market.
The general director of this office as well as of the tapioca factory is Mr. Wen Bo, who is assisted by a number of competent office staff.
