On September 15-17 KMC participated in the FI Asia exhibition 2004 in Bangkok, Thailand. From KMC Senior Application Technician Mr. Rasmus Thulin and Commercial Manager for the Asia/Pacific Region Mr. Jens Helmer Larsen participated. The exhibition, which mainly covers the South East Asia area, was visited by key decision makers in the regional food industry and KMC had the pleasure of meeting both existing and new potential customers in this important market area. The focus of KMC this year was to highlight our new potato dehydrate product range; KMC potato flakes and KMC potato granules, which in combination with our existing starch products have had an enthusiastic welcome in the Asia/Pacific as a whole. During the days of the exhibition in Bangkok KMC also hosted a visit from European customers "un route" to visit the KMC Tapioca starch factory in Vietnam. A combination of business and pleasure that all hard working food entrepreneurs seem to like.  |
