| 4 November 2004 | The crops are now well under way and so far the crops in Denmark look good.It seems that the yield per ha is good, but that the starch content is lower relative to the previous years. We therefore expect a production about the quota. The production in the rest of Europe so far seems much the same and the news therefore are: Crops about the quota. The crops can still be affected by rain, especially in areas where potatoes are stored for an extended period, but so far the outlook is good. |
