| 13 June 2005 | KMC’s sales managers were gathered for the yearly managers’ meeting. It is an event that enables KMC to focus internationally and to use good experience from specific areas across the globe. KMC managers meet with production, R&D, and other relevant departments so the customers’ views from different parts of the world can be delivered directly to the organisation. It is the top priority that KMC fulfil the realistic demands from the customers and therefore international meetings are necessary to secure that this does take place. On top of the strategic and improvement seminar the managers also go through a couple of days of teambuilding. This year’s theme was From farm to fork where the managers enjoyed a few days of discovering the natural way of living and preparing food. The pictures clearly show that nobody chickened out. |
