| 3 March 2010 | Again this year Gulfood took place in February at the Dubai International Centre and this time the exhibition was under “one” roof in the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Gulfood has become a major event and is now ranging at the top of food exhibitions Worldwide. And again this year KMC participated technically and commercially. Gulfood is a fantastic opportunity to meet with customers from all over the region (and in fact the World) and also for making new contacts. Significant interest was shown in ColdSwell, KMC’s range of cold swelling starches, our expanding range of Functional Ingredients for i.e. mayonnaise, dressings and analogue cheeses as well as in FiberBind, our versatile potato fibers. KMC looks forward to being back again for Gulfood 2011. |
