Success in New Orleans during the 2011 IFT
For the second year in a row, KMC participated in the National IFT Exhibit and Conference in the US. This year the main focus was on our Cheese Maker line of specialty starches for casein replacement in imitation cheese.  Our new product highlight was CheeseMaker CF55 which is a unique solution for no or low-casein imitation cheese.

An additional focus area was the ColdSwell line of premium cold water swelling starches for use in a variety of products such as sauces, dressings and bakery fillings.  ColdSwell is the only spray cooked potato starches available in the food industry.

The trade show was a great success for KMC. Current and potential customers kept the KMC crew busy throughout the 3 days.
