| 13 July 2010 | Press release Michael Jensen, CEO has today resigned his position with immediate effect. A resignation agreement has therefore been made and part of this agreement is that neither party states the reasons for termination of the cooperation. KMC begins the task of finding a new CEO as soon as possible. Until a new CEO has been appointed KMC’s management group will report to Martin Arvad, Chairman of KMC’s Board of Directors.
