CheeseMaker PT70
A new member in KMC’s CheeseMaker range was launched at IFT in Chicago in July. The product is CheeseMaker PT70.

CheeseMaker PT70 is a unique starch based product used for manufacturing perfect and cost efficient imitation cheese for use as pizza topping.

High quality potato starches are the key ingredients in production of imitation cheese. The starches used are carefully selected to fulfill the requirements as substitute for the considerably more expensive and price fluctuating milk proteins.

When using CheeseMaker PT70 the cheese block hardness becomes high and the block will be easily shredable. Thus PT70 provides dry, non-sticky shreds with perfect melting properties and that is the reason this product is perfect as protein substitute in imitation cheese for pizza topping.
