| 21 October 2011 | At KMC we are excited about this year’s FIE trade show. We are looking forward to meet current and future business partners. Preparations are well under way. The 2011 FIE will be used to continue our focus on the Functional Ingredients product range. The CheeseMaker product portfolio has been expanded since the 2009 FIE. Latest member is CheeseMaker Block. We will be demonstrating the entire CheeseMaker product range during the show. Our unique product line of ColdSwell products will also be a focus area. ColdSwell is an excellent product line for all temperature solutions. EmulsiForm will also enjoy our attention as we will be highlighting its unique emulsifying properties. Needless to say we have not forgotten about our other products such as Gelamyl, Granules, Flakes and our wide range of specialty and modified starches.
