We aim
to make sure we always provide you with food ingredients of the best
possible quality.
To do this, we run an advanced central laboratory that has the most
up-to-date facilities for analysing samples taken from the production
process, as well as finished products.
The production plants also carry out a wide range of quality tests,
based on:
- our experience of what criteria in the production flow are crucial
for the very best results
- the use of HACCP principles
- specific customer requirements.
Naturally, all our quality assurance procedures live up to current legislative
requirements as well as to KMC’s own stringent standards and those
of our customers. The results of all the tests and monitoring we do
are stored in a well-structured system for the monitoring, analysis
and documentation of all our products and deliveries.
Our QA procedures are fully integrated into the work of all our production
facilities, as well as our administrative and logistics procedures.
The documentation produced as part of KMC’s QA procedures ensures
that all relevant data, right from the start of production to final
delivery to the customer, is accumulated systematically. This makes
for a greater general sense of security about KMC products and special
ingredients, in addition to providing all requisite product documentation. |
