Sago pearls
Description   Sago is produced from Superior Danish potato starch, using a special granulation and gelatinisation process.

Application   Sago is used as filler in soups and sauces and can also be used in meat and vegetable fillings.

Viscosity profile  

Sago Series   Sago is available in two versions:

Sago Pearls where max. 45% of the particles are above 2 mm and that needs to be boiled for 5-15 min.

Sago fine grain where max. 2% of the particles are above 2 mm and that needs to be boiled for 2-5 min.

Packaging   Standard:
25 kg multi-layer paper sacks, palletized and shrink wrapped.

Storage   Dry and cool. Separated from strong-smelling goods.
