Description   FiberBind is a fibre product produced from Danish potatoes

FiberBind can bind 10-12 times its weight of water and will keep it even when a product is heated or cooled.

FiberBind gives texture and retains moisture

FiberBind contains dietary fibre and can therefore be used for fibre enrichment

Application   FiberBind can be used in a wide range of applications including
- to increase yield in meat products
- to add texture to ketchup and sauces
- to retain water in baked goods
- to add fibre to any kind of product
