In 2001, we built a new admin headquarters and R&D/lab facilities with a gorgeous view across a small lake – a quantum leap from our humble origins, and necessary to deal with our increasingly global and increasingly technical focus. But somehow – and despite staff numbers growing from 42 to 102 in just 15 years – we have managed to keep the best of the sense of “being small”, sensible and down-to-earth, while operating successfully on markets around the world, with many of the world’s biggest and most successful companies as customers.
