Non-dairy creamer

Non-dairy creamers - despite the name - often contain sodium caseinate or other milk proteins. These ingredients fluctuate a lot in availability and cost, which makes it desirable to replace a part of the milk protein with an alternative or all of it if a plant-based solution is an aim.

KMC EmulsiForm can be added as a 1:1 replacement of sodium caseinate, offering a significant cost saving or the possibility to produce a non-dairy creamer completely free of ingredients of animal origin.
